If you would like to attend, please register online, it is fast and there is no registration fee. The organizers appreciate your help in having an accurate headcount to prepare food and refreshments.

Accommodations & Directions

Accommodations
  • Residence Inn Marriott has a special room rate for the conference participants: $115 for a studio suite and $119 for a one bedroom suite.
  • A block of rooms are held for three nights from Thursday to Saturday, and will be released on 9/22/2015.
  • The rate includes full hot breakfast buffet daily, wireless internet, and 24 hour access to the hotel fitness center.
  • How to make hotel reservations
    • Call the hotel at 508-984-5858 and request the group rate for UMass Finite Element Circus 2015.
    • Visit the Residence Inn Dartmouth website , choose the dates for the group, and under special rates go down to the group code area. The codes are listed below:
      • UMFUMFA is the code for the studio suite at $115.
      • UMFUMFC is the code for the one bedroom suite at $119.
  • Lunch on Friday will be provided from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at the conference venue. Lunch on Saturday will be provided too as usual.

  • Boston airport is 59 miles to the north of the conference venue.
